Sander C. Andres, BSEd English 3 student and the Supreme Student Council (SSC) President of ISU Jones Campus, has been elected as the new President of the Isabela State University- Supreme Student Council Federation.
Once sworn to office, he will officially serve as the Student Regent in the ISU Board of Regents, representing the voice, rights, and welfare of the entire ISU studentry.
